Are roku voice remote pro repairs free if it isn't ur fault
My roku remote works for like 2 sec until I hit it on the back probably knocking the battery into place so I think the battery is loose and the voice feature isn't working at all I've tried to reset the remote and repairing it and neither do anything and even when I press the mic button it still doesn't and I am starting to wonder if it is a problem on roku's side or is it just me having this issue because the last roku voice remote didn't have this issue so is this the roku voice remote pro better or worse then the old one?

Before we proceed, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with more specific information, such as:- Is this the remote that came with your Roku Device, or was this purchased separately?
- What Roku device is paired with the remote? May we have the serial number, please?
- When did it start having problems pairing?
- Are there any lights on your remote or device when you try to press random buttons or the pairing button?
