Apps will not stream, connected to wireless internet

We understand that you're having issues streaming channels on Roku. We'd be glad to assist. Could you tell us if you're seeing any error messages when attempting to access a certain channel? Did the issue happen after an update on your Roku TV?

To check for improvements, we recommend connecting your TV to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot.
