App Order keeps changing and no option to set to manual

I have the same issue. However I do NOT have the option under Home Screen to select anything about the App order. I have recently went through and deleted all the random apps that uploaded to my Home Screen out of the blue. Now Roku seems to think it would be fun to keep messing with the order of my Home Screen, even after I have moved them to the spots I want them many times. 
#FixItRoku!!

And Roku better to respond that they are ‘still looking into this.” You started looking into it 2 months ago… why is it still not fixed for lots of people??

    Is there a good solution for this yet? It seems even when set to manual, it will reset itself to automatic and then re-arrange everything. This happens accross all my Roku devices and is very annoying. It's frustrating to take time and care to arrange the channels, rinse and repeat accross all devices, and then randomly have all of them everywhere re-arrange.

    Right! This is annoying as **bleep**. I have no way to select manuel either after I go into settings

      We understand you are having trouble with your Roku device. The app order keeps changing, and there's no way to select manual in settings.

      In this case, have you tried to navigate under Settings > Home screen > App order to turn this off and go back to manual?

      Also, kindly provide us with the following information so we can include your device in the process of investigation:

      • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
      • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)

      Could you tell us if the apps on your screen keep rearranging? If so, are there any recent updates before this happened? To check, can you please provide the latest software version of your Roku? (It can be found in Settings > System > About.)

        We have had apps moved on occasion. There is also a "Backdrops" app Roku continuously adds without permission. 

        These are all Roku devices currently in use; all have had the option to manually arrange apps removed.
