Did you get anywhere with this. I've followed the advice, selecting the appropriate UK option and adding a payment method (which is UK based); but nonetheless it very much appears that my Roku TV and my Roku account think I'm in the USA. I'm not, I'm in the UK (oddly enough, also in Gloucestershire).

If you're experiencing issues with creating a new account, the best solution would be to reset everything and start the process again. Additionally, please make sure to activate your account using the internet connection from your current location and not through a VPN. Alternatively, you can share the device's serial number with us so we can investigate the issue further and provide a closer look.
Or share the device serial number so that we can take a close look at it.
