Antenna TV watching/ audio+video

As of 10/19/2023 update to SW 12.0.5/1475-39. While watching live TV, every minute or so, the TV pops up channel info and muted audio. (ie. Watch a channel, then channel down, tv mutes- changes channel, shows info, then audio on). Watching a channel constantly this happens as if changing channels. Reboot, same.

  • Update to previous 2 posts/replies. Removed USB to test live tv pause, same 2 minute issues. Power reboot, same. Format drive fat32, reinstall TV and reconfigure for live TV pause. Retest for pause recording. No longer 2 minute issue and pause record ok. Maybe my drive got corrupted. Hope this may help others if encountered.

Also, related to issue above, the recording of live/pause/play. The TV is recording 2 minutes of channel, then resets to new recording. Don't know if it's the TV thinking tv channel changed, or the recording reset is causing info popup/audio cutout issue. External tuner box/streaming, no issue.

Apparently formatting usb corrected recording issue, the 2 minute channel /information issue returned. Something in Roku software is causing this. A 2 minute or 120 second setting somewhere is creating a channel refresh causing record reset and information to display. Sure wish I could stop automatic updates.

  •  You can try performing a factory reset on your TV, but make sure to back up your settings and data before doing so. If the problem persists, seeking assistance from the manufacturer's support team or contacting a professional technician might be necessary.
