I'm experiencing the same issue. She's a young woman. I researched which settings to turn off her narration, but why does she still appear in the bottom right of my screen uninvited?
msrhorowitz, the channel/app you're using would be helpful. I'm going to guess it's YouTube.
I tried the settings on You Tube and other apps. Eventually, the remote stopped working and when I replaced the batteries, the avatar was gone. Thanks for everyone's help.
