I setup a Roku stick on a separate tv and when I turned on my main tv, the Home Screen flashed with my inputs and apps and then only showed 2 apps I had never installed on this tv. I’ve done restart and confirmed removing an app on the iOS app and reinstalling it works but I don’t want to have to set everything up again. It seems it knows the apps are there but not showing them. Please help.
Have you tried a System restart found under Settings->System->Power or just unplugged the TV's power briefly?
I have tried both. Plus removing an app using the Roku Mobile app and installing using the streaming store. I can’t get my inputs back on the Home Screen either but they are showing as being viewed.
One other thing to try is a Network connection reset found under Settings->System->Advanced system settings. It supposedly clears some cache, although the description doesn't really mention anything about that, so I've always wondered if it really does. You'll have to set up your network connection again after it restarts.
Beyond that, a factory reset is about all that's left.
