We understand that you're still having issues with Airplay, and we'd like to get this sorted out.
To help us investigate further, can you please provide the following details below?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)

Is any solutions being provided? I have tried all suggestions. I often have issues but if I unplug my Roku and restart my iPhone- always works. There is no fix for this now
