AirPlay stopped working after previously working

AirPlay used to work with Samsung TV and Roku but last week it stopped working.  When activated with Apple workout it will say Airplay for 5 seconds then go back to the Roku screen.  I have unplugged...

Did you ever find a solution? It is 2025 and I am facing the same challenge on my streaming stick 4k. I have never had issues mirroring from my iPad or iPhone and surprisingly today is the first day I am trying to mirror from my Mac and it is not working, iPhone connects seamlessly but I am facing your exact same issue on my Macbook. If you found a solution do let me know please.

We understand that you're still having issues with Airplay, and we'd like to get this sorted out. 

To help us investigate further, can you please provide the following details below?

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
