Please let me know how/where to share the video of the issue. The attachment icon below does not allow videos of MP4 format.

To attach the video where the issue occurs here, you need to upload the video to the video drive. After that, copy and paste it here, so that you can attach the video to the post.

    Would you let me know how/where to access the video drive?

    Also, after uploading the video to the drive, do I copy/paste here the video or the link to it?

      Hey WCStreamer​

      The video you captured, you have to download it to your Google Drive, and from there, copy the video link and paste it here in the Roku Community along with your post.
