We want to take a closer look at what you're experiencing with your Roku rebooting after entering the PIN.
To have better visibility of the problem you're encountering, we need additional information to begin investigating:
- When did this issue first occur?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- Did you receive any software update that might trigger the issue? If so, can you please provide the software version of your Roku? You can see that by navigating to Settings > System > About.
- Does this occur across all your devices? (If you have more than one).
In the meantime, if you haven't tried any troubleshooting, try manually rebooting your Roku by going to Settings > System > Power (Skip Power if you don't see any option), then proceed to System restart.

Hello, i can Watch and Use All Channels.
But, when ich set a Pin, the Roku Reboot.
The Roku ist on extra Supply 220v -》 usb.
The Issue comes first seconds after setting the Pin.
The Express 4K Stick and the Express.
13.0.0:24062 Software.

- Try doing a manual software update. Go to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now. This will allow the system to check the latest software version of your Roku, which might resolve the issue you're currently facing.
