After "installing updates Progress 0%", stuck on the "Unable to connect" screen.

Disconnected electric plug and streaming stick and then reconnected.

Also did the factory reset several times.

Does same thing each time. Get the screen that says "installing updates Progress 0%".

Then changes to "Unable to connect" screen.

Remote is unresponsive - did install new batteries but no change.

I did notice that while the screen was on the "installing updates Progress 0%" display I was able to hear my remote when I moved the arrows. But, soon afterwards, remote went silent and then "Unable to connect".

It seems like issue occurred during installing updates but just my assumption.
