After an update, I lost all the channels and getting an error message of no storage

Mine has been doing this as well, after it updated , I lost ALL channels and every time I try to add any back it says I have no storage and to delete other channels but I have no other channels 🫠🤦🤦

 

I have tried factory resetting and still having this issue

    Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're having with your apps crashing after the update. No worries, we're here to provide some steps you can try.

    Could you please try restarting your device?

    Here's how:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart.

    If the issue persists, we'd like to request the details below for our appropriate team to review. 

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings System About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
