We're glad to assist you with your problem receiving the advanced wireless receiver error. Have you attempted to connect it to an alternate HDMI port on your television? Are you receiving any error codes?
Please let us know the serial number of your Roku device if the problem persists so we can investigate further. The product's back or bottom is printed with its device ID or serial number.
