Account activation - how to enter email address

Enter your email address when prompted to begin the activation process. How do I do this?  I do not have a smart TV and have no keyboard connected to the TV, nor is there any way to do so.

Roku doesn't know or care if your TV is "smart".  You enter your email address on a virtual keyboard using the Roku remote.

    rbiggs44- Use the purple directional keys on your remote to highlight the email address data entry field.  Press the remote's OK key to bring up the on-screen virtual keyboard.
