Accessories Not Connecting please help

For Christmas this year I got 2 Roku Indoor camera and a 4-pack of white light bulbs. Only two of the lightbulbs will connect to my network and one of the cameras won’t connect to my network (I haven’t opened the 2nd camera yet). Please help.

    We understand you're having issues connecting your Roku cameras to your network.

    For us to better understand the issue, how far is your Roku camera from your router? Also, what status light appears on your Roku camera when you're trying to connect to your network?
