We're sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing.
Could you try to factory reset your Roku TV and see if that will make a difference? Perform the following steps with your Roku remote or the Roku mobile app:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Advanced system settings
- Select Factory reset
- If you have a Roku TV, select Factory reset everything. Otherwise, move to the next step.
- Follow the on-screen instructions

I’m having the same problem too. SOOOOOOO frustrating! 😡
If I do a factory reset will I lose all of my log in information to my apps and have to re-enter everything?
