55" Ultra Plus TV Bluetooth Pairing Issues

I'm having the same issue with 55" Ultra Roku TV.  Each time I turn on the TV, I have to go to Settings, Power, Reset to boot it back to the dancing Roku before it will connect to headphones

Brigitte_39, only certain Roku TVs made by Roku themselves (i.e., not Philips) support Bluetooth headphones.

    I was asked to call support and provide my availability to take a call from Back-end Engineering Team.  They never called

      They never called and now ask in an auto email if my issue is resolved.  Assuming this is not getting addressed
