55" TCL TV keeps rebooting regardless of resolution attempts

TCL Roku TV keeps rebooting 

Model:55S425

S/N : X00000T24PTD

I have been having this issue sporadically over the past two months.

I have tried:

Unplugging TV power cord for 5 minutes

Holding reset button

Factory reset 

All of the above actions would temporarily resolve the issue for a period of time but now this morit is continuously happening regardless of the steps I take.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks for reporting this. Could you share some info about it so we can take a look?

    • When did you first notice this issue?
    • Have there been any recent updates before this happened? If so, what's the latest software version of the Roku TV? (under Settings > System > About).
    • Can you capture a video or photo of the issue?

      Hello, this started randomly about a month ago. It only happened once, it worked fine for several days then it became more frequent. The other actions I took resolved the issue but since yesterday morning the TV keeps rebooting even when its powered off all day & night.

      Last update: 3/29/25 9:09am

      Software version: 14.1.4 | Build 7709

      I will try to make a video of it happening.
