4K QLED volume too low issue

#QLED

Anyone having issues with volume being too low on the Roku TV 4K qled. The volume used to be ok but now it seems like you have to raise it way up to be able to hear

    We want to further investigate this problem that you had with the Roku TV since the volume is too low.

    Can you please provide the following information below?

    • When did the issue start?
    • Do you have any other device/s connected to your TV? (e.g. speakers and other sound system)
    • Is the issue happening on all contents/channels or is this isolated to 1 content/channel? (Specify)
