4K Express stopped working

Question

Powered through Roku supplied plug and lead. Connected to HDMI4 with Roku HDMI lead.

No longer works, Initially nothing found on HDMI 4 at all. If I then repower the device it appears as HDMI 4 temporarily with a spinning Roku logo after about 10-15 seconds of this it then disappears again. Device is relatively new (6 months or so I think-replace a very old Prime stick)

Model is 3940X.

Any help would be appreciated, but I can't get to any settings at all.

You might want to try another USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet that can provide at least 1 Amp. If that fixes it, perhaps Roku will just send you a new power adapter. Another thing to try is a factory reset. If it's only 6 months old, everything should be covered by the warranty.
