40H4+ D201x Audio sound settings missing.. use to have preset effects

Sound effects menu missing.

My remote only has home, back, star, joy pad with OK, rewind seconds, sleep, rewind, forward, play pause,Netflix, Disney+, hulu, vudu.

 

Used to see a side bar on the left to select audio effects.

    after posting this pressing star finally brought the menu up.

    was not working earlier.

     

    Possibly only works while streaming.
