40% Email

Got an email offer for 40% off certain players.  Logged on, found offer for a $99.99 player discounted $40 for a price of $59.99. Went through the entire purchase process including updating my credit card. When I got  to the final "review" screen, all of a sudden the screen updated to show a $20 discount and a total price of $79.99. What gives?
