2024 Roku Ultra feature issues

The 2024 Roku Ultra is a disappointment! I don’t like the feature of returning where left off when turning on the Roku device. You should fix this with a software update. Also since connecting the Roku to my Sharp Aquos Tv & Polk S1 soundbar the audio during commercials and some programs is out of sync and garbled. I tried all recommended solutions. I do not recommend the 2024 Ultra for these reasons. I have reconnected my 2020 Ultra which works perfectly with my television components.

    Thank you for sharing the features of the Roku Ultra. We would like to know more about it.

    Can you check the latest software version on your Roku TV? You can find it by heading to Settings > System > About.

    In the meantime, try restarting your Roku device. Go to Settings > System > Power and select System Restart to see if that does the trick.
