I have a 2 month old Roku Express 4k+ and the remote has stopped functioning all together. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips, including replacing the batteries, and still nothing. I can not even get the pairing function to come on. Are there any other tips for fixing, or is it warrantied so I can get a new remote?
