2.4 network fixed, still no remote

1st, wow no support available for my devise. That's pretty sad Roku  I got new internet and then both remotes on both devices quit working. I Roku has internet but says no connection. I used the app...

    Some of the newer Voice Remote models have no pairing button.  For them, pairing is initiated by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously.

It would help to know the model number(s) of your devices.  Do you have voice remotes with a microphone button and TV controls?  If not, the remotes don't require pairing.

No, that is why I said I don't have a light or a pairing button. I have a Roku Express. The model # 3930RW. I came with a remote that don't have a light, voice or pairing. I tried holding down the back and the home and it didn't work. The internet is fine, the remote just will not work anymore.
