[14.0.4]Hisense Roku TV (C232X) stuck in reboot loop after the recent update

Arjiemar firstly thank you for your assistance, i truly appreciate it. Yes it began after this update. Im terrified to turn on my other roku devices. ive tried all the steps as well as spent all yesterday morning trouble shooting with roku support. I have that additional information for you. Thank you
