13.0.0 firmware update just broke (disabled) TV tuner access

    So it turns out, the fix was to connect the TV to internet. That had never happened in the few years owning it; was never necessary. All updates had been done by USB and online content fed by HDMI from a separate, secure server.

    It may be that breaking the internal tuner connection via update was intentional, as a way of forcing users to web connect, IDK for sure.

    In any case, as a last and final resort before carrying it out to the garage, i gave it the Wi-Fi pw. The first thing it did was download and install an update -- a higher version that the update site would not give me -- and reboot. Boom! Back to normal.
