- Please help- Remote all of a sudden not working

Hello,

So my Credit Card had fraud and so I got a new card.  I forgot to update Roku with the new card number.  All of a sudden my remote hasn't been working at all.  I even changed the batteries .  I went online and updated my card and the have now charged my account.  Can you please tell me if my remote not working has something to do with it and if so can you restart my roku account as have been charged and can't access my TV.

    chelspels, your credit card has nothing to do with your remote.  There's no fee to use a Roku device, so it's not clear what you're saying.  Who charged your card?  Did you update your payment method at https://my.roku.com or somewhere else?

    As for the remote not working, it would help to know the model number of your Roku device written on it somewhere and whether your remote has a microphone button on it (and/or a pairing button on the back or inside the battery compartment).
