Wireless doorbell with camera

I have had a ROKU wireless video doorbell for over a year. It suddenly would not connect to my Android phone. Bought another one and it connected for about a week and now I cannot get it to reconnect. Have un-installed and installed app and I cannot connect to the doorbell. Rebooted my Wifi still will not connect.
