Wireless Doorbell Not Charging

Although fully charged initially, the battery drained to 17% after 2 days of use. The charging cord sent with the camera stopped working after one use. The camera has now been on a reliable charger for over 24 hours and is only at 55%. Obviously, this is not acceptable quality. How do I get a replacement or a refund?
