Wired Outdoor Roku Camera doesn't record all events
My wired outdoor Roku camera doesn't record all events. It only records some of the events. What can I do?

If your Roku wired outdoor camera isn't recording, ensure the Roku Smart Home app and camera firmware are up-to-date, motion and sound detection are enabled in the Event Recording settings, and no conflicting scheduled rules exist.
