Wired Outdoor camera refuses to update firmware

I can not get the firmware to update. It was finally working after a year of trying and then I realized it was only a Live View and didn't record without the subscription. So, I got the subscription and all of a sudden I am getting the firmware update again ðŸ˜–😠 I wish I had just left it alone because at least I had the live view..now I don't have anything..AGAIN - I've gone through all the troubleshooting and even had another camera sent but that wasn't the problem. It's the program and now I'm PAYING for something that does not work.

    Here are the steps you can try:

    1. Restart camera
    2. Restart your router
    3. Update the Smart Home app

      The cameras are still not working..it will not update and I'm ready to cancel the subscription and find a different camera system. All I want to do is make sure my home & chickens are safe when I'm at work and thought these were going to be great but all it has been is a waste of money and huge headache.
