Wired Doorbell not making beep sound

Hello All,

My wired doorbell ringer will only make the beep sound when the doorbell button is pressed and I have done the following:

Powered off the system for an hour and repowered it - Tried other ring sounds no change

Removed and reloaded the app on my phone - Tried other ring sounds no change

Anyone have a suggestion?

    Thanks for the post.

    Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Are you referring to the beep from the Roku Smart Home app or the beep/chime from the Roku Smart Home doorbell itself?
