Wired doorbell not flashing yellow

My wired doorbell se was connected and now is not. The reset button will not reset the doorbell and the yellow light will not flash

    Hey everyone,

    If your Roku Doorbell's status light is staying solid yellow and not flashing, here's what to try:

    • Check the transformer: Ensure it's providing 16-24V and 10VA of power.
    • Check the wiring: Confirm connections in the Chime Box. The Fuse should be connected to the existing wires or terminals as shown in the app.
    • Power cycle the doorbell: Flip the breaker switch off, wait 10 seconds, and then back on.
    • Factory reset the doorbell:
      • Remove the doorbell.
      • Press and hold the setup button until the light turns solid yellow.
      • Release and wait for the light to flash.
      • Re-set up as a new device.

    If the issue persists, please:

    • Start a new thread or look for related thread in the Community.
