Wire free Video doorbell Error Code: 20004
Thanks for this community. I had the 20004 error code and got readying on the error code. I uninstalled the app on my cell phone and reinstalled it and it fixed the problem. Now my back door door bell camera is back up and running. One of my thought was to uninstall the app. Its just like every app out there and or program some time they need reinstalled. Thanks for the replys to other post on here.

Getting error 20004 - "Failed to connect"? Here’s a possible solution:

Check if the Chime is disconnected or too far from the doorbell (more than 20ft).

Reboot your router.

Move the Chime closer to the router and see if that helps.
Give it a try and let us know if it works!
