Why can’t 2 people each have the same camera on their account?
My husband and I have 2 indoor cameras. He installed them and could see them on his phone. When I added them as devices, he could no longer see them? Are we supposed to both have one account to share? It seems like we should each be able to see the cameras.
Sorry but a camera can only belong to one account at a time. So only Roku devices from that one account will show the camera feed. But using your cellphone, just sign into your husband's or your account via Roku Smart Home app then both can see the cameras.
