The image you are experiencing means that it is offline. We would recommend power cycling the device to see if you are able to resolve the issue.

How to power cycle?

Welcome to the Roku Community and inquiring about how to power cycle your Roku Smart Home device.
Have you tried unplugging the camera from the power source and then plugging it back in? In addition, for specific Roku Smart Home devices, there may be an option to power cycle the device through the Roku Smart Home mobile app.
