Weird orbs and weird growling sounds

My Roku camera keeps making a clicking sound (x4)  and then I see a white flash. After the 4 clicking noises and the white flash as I'm watching live it goes to black and white and I see orb like things all around the area where my camera shows me and... There are two bright orb like things that move around. What is going on? There is noise and also a growling sound from time to time. I have my camera mounted right next to my electric meter. Could there be interference from the meter?

    Is this happening at night?  The clicking could be the IR lights turning off and on.  They tend to pick up dust and insects that may look like orbs since they're too close for the camera to focus on.
