Video is currently Unavailable

I get a "video Currently Unavailable" on my Roko that is connected to my TV when I look at events for the door camera. All other cameras work fine.

I see all the events on my phone and iPad ok.

    Thanks for reaching us about having an issue with the event recordings on your TV. We're here to help.

    Could you please try removing the app and then add it back? We'll see if that would make any difference.

    If the issue persists, please let us know.

      Sorry for the late reply....Roku will not let me remove the App until I close my subscription...I do not want to do that.

      Note I have three Roku's, and they all do the same thing.

      Ok now I had to remove the door camera and reinstall the camera..
