Video doorbell lost network connection
Reposting in correct topic
My Wired Video Doorbell (DS1000X) Lost connection yesterday. The doorbell was not lit. Today, I verified it had power, the yellow light came back on. Light would not stay on after 10 minutes. Restarted the router.
I deleted the doorbell from my app, and I restarted the installation from scratch yellow light came on but no saying ready to connect. Would not scan QR code. Light went out again.
Yes, I pushed the reset button several times for at least 15 seconds or longer.
Ideas?
