Video doorbell lost network connection

My Wired Video Doorbell (DS1000X) Lost connection yesterday. The doorbell was not lit. Today, I verified it had power, the yellow light came back on. Light would not stay on after 10 minutes. Restarted the router.

I deleted the doorbell from my app, and I restarted the installation from scratch yellow light came on but no saying ready to connect. Would not scan QR code. Light went out again.

Yes, I pushed the reset button several times for at least 15 seconds or longer.

Ideas?

    Could you please check the wiring on the Video doorbell to see if it's all properly connected?

      The wiring is working.  After I disconnect the wiring, and reconnect the yellow light turns on.  It will stay on for maybe a half hour, then go off.

      I have tried reinstalling from scratch, I never get the "ready the to connect", even though the light is on.

      It worked great for 6 weeks.
