Unable to add camera to smart app

I had  my camera up and running and turned it off as wifi password changed. Then it wouldn't work. Followed directions to delete device and reload but it will not reload. I press the button, light changes to dark yellow then back to solid white. I am at a loss here, can anyone help?

    Sorry you’re having trouble! After a WiFi password change, most smart cameras need a full reset to reconnect—just deleting and re-adding often isn’t enough. Try holding the reset button longer (up to 10 seconds) until the light flashes to indicate reset, then set up everything from scratch in the app. Also, double-check you’re on a 2.4GHz WiFi, as many cameras can’t use 5GHz networks. Hope this gets you reconnected quickly!
