Trying to connect, red light stays on and switches between night and day vision but doesn’t connect

New indoor camera. Tried to set up but red light stays on the camera. Switches between night and day vision and I hear a clicking noise but will not connect. My router has both 2.4 and 5 ghz. I tried to put it on strictly 2.4 but again doesn’t connect. I’ve hit the setup button but nothing.

    At this time, we would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on your camera to see if that helps resolve the issue you are experiencing.
