The wireless doorbell camera won’t charge

My doorbell won’t charge at all. I’ve tried numerous chargers on it. I feel so disappointed because I saved up to buy this & now can’t use it when it is brand new. How do I get a refund for it? I thought a lot of Roku & always liked the products until now.
