The Chime SE was damaged by a faulty outlet

Is there a way to buy the chime by itself. and sync it to existing doorbell SE?  I understand the connection is through bluetooth.  The Doorbell itself was not affected, but the Chime SE was.  What do you recommend?

  • Hi JohnGamer77,

We understand that you need a new Chime for your Video doorbell.

The Chime is only available with the Roku Video Doorbell and cannot be purchased separately. If damaged, you must buy a new Roku Video Doorbell, as the Chime is not sold individually.

You can purchase it on our Roku store website or at our retail stores, such as Best Buy and Walmart.

    Thank you for your understanding.

        JohnGamer77.

Are you asking if the new chime can be used only with your old Roku doorbell, or will you connect both Roku doorbells to it?

Please note that it is only possible to use one chime per Roku doorbell.
