We appreciate you reaching us about having an issue with the audio of your camera on your TV. We're here to help.
Could you please try to update the software your your TV?
Here's how:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Software update
- Select Check Now to manually check for updates
If the issue persists, please let us know.

This did not solve my issue. Every weekend when I want to use the app I am reaching out and someone is giving me different things to try. They work for the time and then the next time I use the app, same thing. The tv sound works fine. The app works fine on my iPhone and IPad. It also works fine on my other Roku Ultras. It is only with the new TCL Roku tv that I am having the issue.
