Sound detection not working
My indoor 360 cam is not detecting sound. If I’m in the live mode it is picking sound up, but will not record or notify me of sound events. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restored to factory settings, restarted camera, etc by chatting with roku representatives. This took 2 hours. I tried calling and got an automated response saying it’s only for new setups and was disconnected. Now that I’ve done all this, in the live setting the sound echoes indefinitely and becomes distorted. Please someone help!!
