Solid blue light on the Roku indoor camera

This didnt work. still stuck on blue. I held down the setup button for 2 minutes, un-plugged it re-plugged it in.

    I understand that you are also experiencing issues with your Roku camera, which doesn't connect and displays a solid blue light. I appreciate your initiative in performing the troubleshooting steps. 

    Do you see any error messages on the smart home app when you open it and try to access the camera? Could you also provide a photo or video so we can take a closer look?

  • I am having the same problem. Just moved, it's always solid blue like it is connected and recording but doesn't actually connect. I deleted the camera from my app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried the camera at different outlets, everything! :(

    I see you're experiencing issues with the setup process on your Roku cameras. I would like to know more about it.

    • Do you see any error message when trying to set up the camera?
    • Have you tried plugging the camera into a different area or wall outlet?
    • A photo or video, when setting up the camera in the app, would help us review it.

  • I just moved into a new place.

    I have two cameras and both cameras are stuck on solid blue. 

    I have done every troubleshooting tactic. 

    Deleted the device from the Smart Home app. 

    Held down setup button more than once and probably held it for a minute a couple of times.

    Unplugged camera a few times. From 30 seconds, a few minutes and I even left it unplugged for a whole work shift and came back home to attempt a reset. Replugged camera. 

    The light just stays solid blue.

    Can anyone guide me on hard resetting or how to resolve this issue? 

    Like I said, I have done every single troubleshooting suggestio.

    I even went on YouTube and all the videos that I saw were people just reading the instructions which is not helpful. I know how to read. 😭🤣

    I also pay for the subscription to monitor events and I can't even set up both of my cameras because of this solid blue light issue... 

    It shouldn't be this hard.

  • Mines doing same thing I deleted device completely and it won’t restart setup process

      Did anyone figure out how to reset? I moved. I deleted the device as well. 

      Mine is also stuck on solid blue. I have unplugged and replugged. I have also held down setup button for probably a minute. 

      No progress. Just solid blue.

      I recently moved and I'm just trying to set up the cameras. Insanity.
