Smart Outdoor plug not following Rules. Please fix Roku

This smart outlet plugs are  terrible! Sometimes it follows the rule for on and off but 80 percent of time it does not work or only does on or off. So disappointed in Ruku, I have told all my friends not to waste their money on there smart plugs and outlets. I do love their streaming box, maybe they should stick to what they know.

I have the same issue with an Outdoor smart plug. The rules are setup correctly and work as intended about 80% of the time. Deleting and recreating the rules and rebooting the device does nothing. It is clearly a bug. How about instead of a generic response that doesnt solve the issue, you get your engineering team to write a hotfix?
