So, after reinstalling the app, it stopped controlling the lights after roughly 24 hours of the reinstallation. Hopefully this is a useful breadcrumb of a bug report. I've lost faith that anyone is interested in helping here. I'm going to begin replacing my smart devices at this point. Thanks for nothing. 😞
I've gone through the uninstall and reinstall 3 times so far and I'm going to have to do it again.

- What is the model of your Smart light?
- Have you tried updating the app and checking the firmware version of the device?

Thank you for your response. However, spending time answering them doesn't help at all. Acknowledgement, deflection and delaying tactics? Just ask more questions, without offering a viable solution! Typical of a scripted response. Roku Smart Home has become a continuing nightmare. Whatever your developers, servers or AI are doing creates problems for me as the end user. I bought a working system. Firmware updates, server tinkering or covert reprogramming has rendered it almost useless! My ISP and WiFi network haven't changed. Roku Smart Home was supposed to be a convenience. It has become a frustrating, time consuming, waste of money and time. Roku broke it, fix it!
